• I thought I was taking a big chance to buy furniture off a website. Isn't it important to sit/touch/etc. furniture? Well, I'm very glad I went for it. This set is quite soft and marks seem to rub off without too much work. It is a nice light cream color. Not stark white but also a bit lighter than it appears on my computer. The assembly instructions are clear. Think Ikea. The parts are labeled with letters to ensure proper identification. Also I think it fits shorter people well. You don't feel like you are sitting in a giant's chair. So the product is very satisfactory and I think Amazon has priced this competitively. I am especially pleased because even before my set arrived (and I have to admit it was faster delivery than anticipated -- 8 days after I ordered), the price dropped and Amazon graciously refunded the difference. • First let me say you "get what you pay for." This is bonded leather not the real deal. However, since I have bought bonded leather as an occasional piece and it worked out well and, since I knew it was not going to be used that often I thought I would give this a shot. The sofa delivery arrived fine with little issue. The color was great (I bought the red one). Putting it together was a little tricky. But, the big issue is that one seat cushion arrived defective and needs to be replaced and another appears as though it will be defective soon. Right now, my family is afraid to sit on it. I'm really dissapointed because I bought a sofa on-line about ten years ago that I still own and use in my den. This sofa was delivered less than a month ago and has not been used for two weeks yet, it does not appear that it is going to hold up. I have asked for help with this transaction and hope that Amazon and the seller helps to make this right--at least replace the bad cushions, etc., however, I have a suspicion this will not turn out well and this is going to be MONEY wasted. After, Amazon responds, I will follow up with another review. But, so far, buyer beware! The initial response from Amazon thus far is that they cannot send me just a seat cushion. I would have to send the entire sofa back-- AT MY EXPENSE! They suggested I contact the manufacturer to see if they would work with me. So much for "Earth's Most Customer Centric Company" as they claim. Update: Amazon made this right, not the COMPANY. You cannot get in touch with them. Same issue with other reviewer. When Amazon recognized the issue they had someone pick up the sofa and didn't charge me. Amazon came through-not this company. One big hassle! • I got the red sectional with the chaise and ottomon. The red is a bright color, not horrible looking but can rub into clothes. The fabric is almost like a suede, not so bad to clean. Other than that, the couch is a good value for the price, comfortable and easy to set up. The ottomon is perfect and adds as extra leg rest.I would recommend a more neutral color and adding some cool throw pillows.  (by:  Thumbalina "element_y")
• This is at or a bit below Ikea quality furniture. If you just want something that looks respectable and is comfy then this couch is fine. Assembly is slightly involved but not onerous. • I purchased this sofa for a small entertainment area. Loved that you can change it from right to left facing chaise but it doesn't work like I thought it would. I have seen sofas that are easily changed simply by moving the cushion and an ottoman under it. This sofa, however would need to be taken apart and put back together in order for it to be moved from right to left facing and vice-versa. I purchased the saddle color and it is pretty true to the color I had in mind after looking at the picture. The cushions are VERY firm...we haven't had it long to know if it softens up or not, but it is still ok when it comes to comfort. It won't be a sofa that you sink into and feel ultra comfortable, but it is not uncomfortable either. The price was good, delivery was on time. The delivery guy was patient to wait until items were inspected for damage, as I was told to do at the time of delivery. I am a female who enjoys putting things together and I was able to assemble it with little problems. The pieces were not too heavy for me to lift alone. There are only pictures, no written instructions but it is not too difficult to do. With a little trial and error I was able to complete the assembly in probably less than an hour. It is always difficult to buy furniture online, but with the price, size, color etc available with this sofa, I had to try it. (by:  PHD "PHDBRASIL")

• We were initially pretty sceptical of buying such a large item over the internet. After a lot of research, we decided to give it a try. Great quality for the price. Very easy to put together. Came in 3 boxes. Semi could not come into our dirveway so we had to transfer them onto our truck to get them to the house. Description says microfiber and leather. It is microfiber but not leather. The leather is a vynil leather look a like. You cannot tell after you put it together that it is not leather. We really like the way the furnature comes apart. It will make it much easier to get in and out of doors if and when we ever move again. You will need 2 people to lift the boxes into the room that you want to put it together in. • I purchased this couch at the end of February and received it within a week and a half. I was nervous about buying a couch online but this is one piece of furniture I absolutely love. It is a little firm, but I'm hoping that with more time and usage, it will soften up a bit. I went through AtHomeMart for this and they were awesome. Emailed me to confirm my delivery address and shipped through UPS Freight. They were unable to deliver to my apartment complex with the large 18-wheeler but having it delivered to my mom's house worked perfectly. The couch comes in 3 boxes, 2 large boxes contain the couch and sectional and a 3rd medium size box contains the ottoman. My couch was packed efficiently and snugly and there was no damage to the frame or cushions, including any misshapen cushions. A friend's truck and one guy got the couch easily into my 3rd story apartment. Definitely not a purchase I regret! (by: Caitlinjdesign)
• I got this couch for my daugher's first apartment. She loves it. She first saw it and tried it out at a friend's apartment and it didn't disappoint when she owned it herself. It did require some assembly, but it wasn't rocket science. I've sat on it and it's very comfortable and looks beautiful. • Where do I begin! This couch is hard as a rock! I read the reviews and a lot of people said it was comfortable. What?! Clearly these people sat on rocks before buying this couch. I've had it for about 5 months and the cushions are becoming ugly and deformed. The two sections do not attach together so if you have wood floors like I do then the couch is constantly coming apart. I even put grips on the feet and it still comes apart. This morning my eight year old sat down and ended up falling through the crack onto the floor. I was so mad that I called my boyfriend and told him I was going to take the chainsaw to it. He said he'll take a look at it after work and devise a way to attach it together. Bottom line is that we shouldn't have to do that if the couch had been made properly. Shipping was a nightmare! I ordered the couch and it was to come in 7-10 business days. After 3 weeks I emailed the company to find out why I hadn't received it yet. They told me they didn't have the couch in their warehouse and I would have to wait another week until they could ship one. They were foreign and spoke terrible English. After two more weeks it still wasn't here and I asked that they cancel the order and return my money. They refused to do this saying it would be here in the next week. I finally received my couch after two and a half months. I was so disappointed when I realized how uncomfortable and poorly made it was but after dealing with them for two and a half months I was not about to stress myself out even more by trying to return it. I cut my losses and gave up. In the future I will pay a little extra and go to a furniture store where I can try before I buy. (by: Sarejss)
