- We were initially pretty sceptical of buying such a large item over the internet. After a lot of research, we decided to give it a try. Great quality for the price. Very easy to put together. Came in 3 boxes. Semi could not come into our dirveway so we had to transfer them onto our truck to get them to the house. Description says microfiber and leather. It is microfiber but not leather. The leather is a vynil leather look a like. You cannot tell after you put it together that it is not leather. We really like the way the furnature comes apart. It will make it much easier to get in and out of doors if and when we ever move again. You will need 2 people to lift the boxes into the room that you want to put it together in. - I purchased this couch at the end of February and received it within a week and a half. I was nervous about buying a couch online but this is one piece of furniture I absolutely love. It is a little firm, but I'm hoping that with more time and usage, it will soften up a bit. I went through AtHomeMart for this and they were awesome. Emailed me to confirm my delivery address and shipped through UPS Freight. They were unable to deliver to my apartment complex with the large 18-wheeler but having it delivered to my mom's house worked perfectly. The couch comes in 3 boxes, 2 large boxes contain the couch and sectional and a 3rd medium size box contains the ottoman. My couch was packed efficiently and snugly and there was no damage to the frame or cushions, including any misshapen cushions. A friend's truck and one guy got the couch easily into my 3rd story apartment. Definitely not a purchase I regret! (by: Caitlinjdesign)
- I got this couch for my daugher's first apartment. She loves it. She first saw it and tried it out at a friend's apartment and it didn't disappoint when she owned it herself. It did require some assembly, but it wasn't rocket science. I've sat on it and it's very comfortable and looks beautiful. The ottoman is a bit cheesy since the cushion just velcros onto the base, but other than that, it's a great deal. (by: Lori Jern)
- Where do I begin! This couch is hard as a rock! I read the reviews and a lot of people said it was comfortable. What?! Clearly these people sat on rocks before buying this couch. I've had it for about 5 months and the cushions are becoming ugly and deformed. The two sections do not attach together so if you have wood floors like I do then the couch is constantly coming apart. I even put grips on the feet and it still comes apart. This morning my eight year old sat down and ended up falling through the crack onto the floor. I was so mad that I called my boyfriend and told him I was going to take the chainsaw to it. He said he'll take a look at it after work and devise a way to attach it together. Bottom line is that we shouldn't have to do that if the couch had been made properly. Shipping was a nightmare! I ordered the couch and it was to come in 7-10 business days. After 3 weeks I emailed the company to find out why I hadn't received it yet. They told me they didn't have the couch in their warehouse and I would have to wait another week until they could ship one. They were foreign and spoke terrible English. After two more weeks it still wasn't here and I asked that they cancel the order and return my money. They refused to do this saying it would be here in the next week. I finally received my couch after two and a half months. I was so disappointed when I realized how uncomfortable and poorly made it was but after dealing with them for two and a half months I was not about to stress myself out even more by trying to return it. I cut my losses and gave up. In the future I will pay a little extra and go to a furniture store where I can try before I buy. (by: Sarejss)
